I have been involved as an associate, pastor and superintendent of a Christian school for nearly 40 years. We have had numerous agencies that have dealt with our insurance needs, but no one comes remotely close to the customer service that we received from Mike Russell. His staff has always promptly answered our questions, and dealt with us in a very timely, personable, and considerate manner. I highly recommend Mike Russell and his staff to meet your insurance needs and guide you through every problem and need that you might have. I sincerely wish the insurance industry would have more people like Mike. I say “be like Mike”.

Mike has been our insurance provider since the founding of Keypoint Church in 2005. If there is one word to describe Mike & Vickie it is “Relationship”. As the body of Christ that is THE most important quality and the guiding principle of Keypoint Church – “Jesus is the Key – People are the Point.” With just one conversation with Mike or Vickie, you will instinctively know that they love Jesus and they love people.
On a business level, no question is too insignificant and no request is too menial. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of our insurance needs are met and are very conscience that every base is covered to protect us from potential liability while also giving us the best value for the coverage.
For Keypoint Church there is no other agent we would consider representing us with our insurance needs.
