Jeff joined Mike Russell and Associates in June 2023. He brings a varied, but unique background to the team, with 24 years of full time ministry & 7 years teaching experience.

Jeff has been married 36 years to his beautiful and wife Melissa, and has 3 sons. In his spare time Jeff enjoys traveling, meeting new people, and spending time with his family & church activities.
